knit while you wait...

I went to the hospital today for a follow-up appointment and as I was sitting there I noticed a bunch of knitting projects and knitting needles on in a basket on the side wall. A neat way to pass the time in a boring waiting room -- knit! I guess you just pick up where someone else left off; when your time comes to see the doc, you put it back in the basket for someone else to finish up!

the next big step

well, M popped the question Dec. 29 and we're very excited to get the ball moving on plans. We're hoping for something simple so I hope it ends up that way! More news to come soon...
